Famous for her trademark tail wag and saucy smile, Tuttle holds her foster mom’s heart in her tender, loving paws. Sweet and social, she especially enjoys cuddling and snuggling with her foster mom on the couch and softly licking her face. She loves everyone equally, gets along easily with the two resident teens, but she absolutely adores other dogs! She loves to have “happy play” with her doggy foster brother and any canine visitors stopping by, loves playing chase and running around the backyard with either her foster mom or doggy foster sib in tow. She also loves chew bones, accepting them eagerly, as well as rawhide chews to keep her from chewing inappropriately. Easy to bathe and so trustworthy that she’s left loose in the house when her foster mom’s gone, she’s just starting to learn her commands, to work on her leash skills, and isn’t yet comfortable in the car (if crated she throws up). With much still to learn and so much paw-tential, Tuttle will thrive in a loving home with another canine companion and patient adopters who will complete her training and educate her fully in exchange for her own tender love.
