Quigly |
Friendly Quigly is always quick to seek out his fosters’ attention. This long-lashed beauty with the endearing disposition loves snuggling with them on the sofa, lying on their laps and cuddling against them in bed at night. He also loves being held in their arms like a baby with his belly turned up for paw-lenty of pets. As active as he is affectionate, he especially enjoys going for walks and even “helps” with his harness. How? One of his fosters will sit down on the step, put the harness across their knees, and obliging Quigly will simply put his paws through it! Famous for his acrobatic leaps (he can almost jump onto the dinner table), he might put this skill to better use by playing Frisbee. Preferring apples to dog treats, eager to please and to learn, he’s fully house trained, knows “sit”, is working on “off”, is learning to chew more on his bone toys and less on other items (particularly clothes), and to pull less on leash. Somewhat protective, barking at people who come to the door, he needs further work in all of these areas to help him mature into the best Quigly this cute and cuddly, playful and precious pup can be. Quigly is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. To meet or adopt Quigly, fill out an application and a volunteer will contact you shortly. |
