Meet Norma! Norma is under-socialized and not yet comfortable with people. She will not allow anyone to touch her, except perhaps for a quick pet, but she will follow people around the house. She will need a home with a lot of patience and dog savvy. Norman is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and micro-chipped. If you’d like to meet her, please fill out a foster or adoption application and a volunteer will be in touch. |
