Cheerfully answering to the name “Buddy,” merry Morgan is a marvelous mix of sweetly social and self-sufficient. A delight to be near, kind hearted and loving, he not only loves snuggling and cuddling with his fosters, he loves everyone he meets, and everyone loves him. Perceptive and playful, he also loves frolicking about with his two doggy foster friends, chewing on bones, going for walks around the neighborhood and heading off for new adventures in the car. Highly intelligent and eager to please in exchange for approval and praise, he thoroughly enjoys mealtime, accepts all treats gently, does well being bathed, responds quickly to correction and is both leash and crate trained. Having been mistreated in the past and somewhat reactive towards new dogs, “Buddy” will do best in a nurturing home with patient adopters to allay his fears and further his socialization in exchange for his own enduring loyalty and love.
