Ian illuminates his foster home with his eagerness and earnestness, sweetness and silliness, but most importantly, with his larger-than-life LOVING.
The cutest and cuddliest of companions, he thrives on his fosters’ affection, prefers curling up in their laps to playing with toys, and bonds beautifully with every man and woman he meets. His signature move is flopping over for belly rubs, and squirming back and forth with his tongue hanging out the side of his wide, opened mouth! He also executes an endearing army crawl and loves sleeping under the covers near his fosters’ feet at night.
As active as he is affectionate, Ian gets along easily with other dogs, especially his older doggy foster brother, enjoys romping around the backyard, running, jumping and playing and going for walks (a Yap Tech brand harness works best), walking well on leash.
Always on his best behavior, he never barks, is a great fan of car rides and is a good sport when it comes to baths. Eager to learn more commands and extremely food motivated, Ian is fully house trained (he goes outside in the yard when he wakes up), and will thrive in a home with older children, perhaps another dog for company, and adopters to keep him well loved and well exercised always.
Ian is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. To meet or adopt Ian, fill out an application and a volunteer will contact you shortly.
