Hazel
HAZEL
Meet Hazel, a 2 year old Chihuahua mix. She is as sweet and loving as can be, which is how she earned the nickname “lovebug”. She is a truly affectionate little pup who loves to be right by your side and give kisses. The way to her heart is through belly rubs and roasted sweet potato.
Hazel will want to sleep in bed with you. She is a great sleeper, and will sleep 8 consecutive hours, straight through the night. She wakes up each morning after snuggling up to her foster parents and asking for belly rubs. She loves going for her morning walk and gallivants around while enjoying the infinite smells of nature. When she returns from her walk, she enjoys a hearty breakfast and then likes to take her morning nap in the sun-filled living room. In the early afternoon she often has a jolt of energy and likes to play or go outside before taking her afternoon nap.
Hazel is great in a small apartment and rarely makes any noise, except for the occasional snore. She is a little shy at first, but will soon give you her unconditional love. She will do best with someone who is frequently at home with her. Hazel is house trained, and ready for future adventures!
Hazel is spayed, is up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. Please fill out an application and a volunteer will be in touch soon.
