If you are into crocodile smiles or miniature werewolves, than Elmer is for you. For all his odd attributes, ie snaggle teeth, scruffy fur and sort of funny appearance, Elmer is a snuggler. He is a happy little guy. Mixed breed, about 10 lbs. He could put on a pound or two. Elmer really enjoys short distance but lengthy walks, around one small block may be more than he needs, but he does like to take his time and really enjoy the scenery and smells. Elmer has been friendly to everyone he has met, he likes kids and men. He is not huge eater, he will leave food if he’s not ready to eat, absolutely zero food aggression. He has done great with our other dog as well as our cats. I have only heard him bark once at the neighbors dog behind the fence, and it was a brief two barks. He has not had any accidents inside and is happy to lay in the sun or snuggled in blankets. When we leave him alone, he just sleeps the time away, no chewing, destruction or barking!
