Coco
Coco
Coco puts the “c” into charming and comforting, cuddly and cozy.
Famously friendly, he LOVES being the focus of attention of the adults and children in his foster home, returning their cuddles and snuggles with copious face licks! He also loves playing with his canine foster siblings, going for leisurely walks, (he’s extremely well mannered on leash, never reacting to the people and other dogs they pass), and then curling up for a nap in his bed under a blanket.
Whenever his family’s been gone, he greets their return with great glee, bringing them a toy and wiggling his back end to say “welcome home.” Although he’s content to sleep in his bed beside his fosters’ bed at night, he much prefers cuddling with them instead. Always quiet, with excellent manners, Coco will occasionally bark (his baritone is one of a much larger dog!) as if standing guard over his little domain.
On medications when needed for allergies and back pain, he seldom lets anything stifle his spirit although it does slow his step, making stairs difficult and requiring his fosters’ assistance when getting up onto their bed.
House trained and able to use a doggy door, what Coco needs now is a tranquil home with few stairs, easy in and out access, perhaps as the only dog, with patient and experienced adopters to tend to his needs while sharing in his copious Coco love.
Coco is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. To meet or adopt Coco, fill out an application and a volunteer will contact you shortly.
