Axle was probably not taken outside by his previous human, so he made a break for it and took it upon himself to explore. He will need someone to teach him that we must control ourselves. Axle wants to chase birds, bark at big scary waves, and run ahead as if things will disappear if he is not fast enough. The best way to describe Axle is like a kid in a candy store -- wanting a taste of all of the things around him. Who can blame him, especially since he has never seen so many cool things?

Amazing on car rides, Axle looks out in awe and patiently waits for his next stop.
