This little girl has had rough life. She's a 9 year old Lab/Beagle mix, who was kept in a crate too small, has terrible arthritis. She had her first hip surgery on 2/10 and will get the second done in May! She was used as a breeder in a puppy mill and when she got too old to produce, they dumped her. She's sweet, gentle and loving. Frannie enjoys resting on blankets in the sunshine.
